The method comprises the steps of setting an interest point in a mobile delay tolerant network; adding the interest point into an interest point queue of a node when the node enters the range of the interest point; when two nodes need to communicate, calculating a similarity between the interest point list of a source node and the interest point of a target node by the source node according to the two interest point lists; when the source node meets a node, if the node is the target node, directly sending a message, otherwise, judging whether the node is used as a relay node by comparing the similarity of the node and the interest point queue of the target node; if the source node, the node and the target node are not in the same community respectively by judging, calculating the cohesion values of the source node and the node; if the cohesion value of the node is larger, taking the node as the relay node.
