Abstract

The invention discloses a hydrate gas logging while drilling electronic nose with a fish-nasal-cavity-shaped nasal cavity. The electronic nose is composed of an upper cover, an electronic nose shell, a sensor array plate, sensors, a centrifugal pump, a first sealing washer, a connecting bolt, a vacuum pump and a second sealing washer, wherein the sensor array plate is arranged in an electronic nasal cavity formed between the upper cover and the electronic nose shell; a plurality of rib-shaped bumps and sensors are distributed on the sensor array plate. When the electronic nose works, a liquid flow enters from a liquid inlet and is pumped out from a liquid outlet by virtue of the centrifugal pump, and the sensors are used for detecting hydrocarbon gas. The nasal cavity of the electronic nose disclosed by the invention is like the nasal cavity of fish, so that the liquid flow can contact with the sensors covered by semitransparent films fully, namely more hydrocarbon gas molecules can penetrate the semitransparent films and get into contact with the sensors, so that the sensitivity and the precision of the electronic nose are improved; and the electronic nose disclosed by the invention can effectively and accurately detect underground hydrocarbon gas molecules in real time during well drilling.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a detection instrument, in particular to an electronic nose for hydrate gas measurement while drilling imitating the nasal cavity of a fish. Background technique [0002] As an unconventional energy source, natural gas hydrate will surely become one of the substitutes for conventional fossil energy sources in view of its huge reserves. However, the development of its sampling technology restricts the development and utilization of such resources. Research on high-efficiency and energy-saving detection-while-drilling systems will help to accelerate the exploration and development of gas hydrates. [0003] The bionic coupling theory is a principle that has guiding significance for science and technology derived from learning from biology. After hundreds of millions of years of evolution in nature, fish have evolved the optimal olfactory organ—the nasal cavity to adapt to the living environment in water. Its internal structural ...
