The user experience quality confirmation method and the user experience quality confirmation system can use network data obtained under multiple network states to train and test a neural network calculation model, and input network quality parameters collected from a network into the current training model which passes through a test after the current training model passes through the test so as to figure out user experience quality. Due to the fact that neural network calculation model which is trained and passes through the test can figure out the user experience quality according to the network quality parameters collected from the network, the user experience quality confirmation method and the user experience quality confirmation system can obtain the user experience quality without need of enabling a user to grade the user experience quality after the neural network calculation model which passes through the test is obtained. Accordingly, the user experience quality confirmation method and the user experience quality confirmation system further reduce interference brought to the user during the obtaining process of the user experience quality, and are difficultly influenced by compliance of the user.
