A wheel hub space is formed by surrounding of the shell and the wheel hub bearing. The wheel hub space comprises a sealed first containing cavity and a second containing cavity communicated with the outside. The driver is positioned on the first containing cavity. The braker is positioned on the second containing cavity. The output end of the driver extends out of the first containing cavity to connect with the wheel hub. The output end of the braker is connected with the wheel hub.
