At least one diverter comprises a substrate, and the substrate is provided with through holes (211); and each of the diverters comprises polyhedral cone, the side surfaces of the polyhedral cone and parts of the wall of the conveying main pipe or parts of the wall of the previous-stage conveying branch pipe of the adjacent two-stage conveying branch pipes form the guiding surfaces of all the through holes, and the side surfaces of the polyhedral cone cover the top surface of the substrate.
