Abstract

The invention discloses a laser collimator device and a manufacturing method thereof. The laser collimator device comprises the components of a heat radiation base which is provided with a through hole; a laser which is fixed in the through hole of the heat radiation base; a transition ring which is fixed on the heat radiation base and has a through hole that is penetrated by the emitted light beam of the laser; and a lens module which comprises a collimating lens and a lens seat; wherein one end of the lens seat is fixed with the collimating lens and furthermore is fixedly connected with the transition ring through the lens seat. The collimating lens is arranged in the through hole of the transition ring. As mentioned above, through setting the laser in the through hole of the heat radiation base, on condition that normal transmission of the laser is ensured, the laser collimator device provided by the invention has functions of discharging large amount of heat generated in transmission of the laser through the heat radiation base, improving transmission stability reduction and service life shortening of the laser because of heat, furthermore improving transmission stability of the laser collimator device and prolonging service life of the laser collimator device.
