Abstract

The invention provides a method for separating and preparing a lithocarpus polystachyus rehd phlorizin monomer. The method comprises the following steps: firstly clarifying lithocarpus polystachyus rehd extract via a microfiltration membrane; then preliminarily separating obtained clarified liquid by using an ultrafiltration membrane, and further separating and purifying obtained separated liquid by using ADS-7 macroporous adsorption resin; and finally carrying out crystallization. The method uses the widely available lithocarpus polystachyus rehd with high phlorizin content as a raw material, integrates green and safe microfiltration clarification, ultrafiltration separation, macroporous adsorption resin purification and crystallization technologies, solves the problems of high cost of phlorizin preparation using apple peels or leaves as raw materials, lack of safety of an organic solvent extraction method, low yield and low purity of a single resin separation method in the prior art; meanwhile, the lithocarpus polystachyus rehd phlorizin prepared by using the method reaches the requirements on highly-purified products or monomers; thus, high-quality raw materials are provided for the researches on phhrmalology and efficacy of the lithocarpus polystachyus rehd phlorizin and the development of functional terminal products; safe, simple, convenient, reasonable, economic and high-value application of lithocarpus polystachyus rehd resources is truly realized; and the concept of green chemical production and the strategy of benign recycling economy are fully embodied.
