When the moving arm of the excavator descends, the balance weight oil cylinder jacks and pushes the balance weight to enable the lower portion of the same to move backwards, so that the problem of stability lowering caused by forward moving of the barycenter of the excavator due to descending of the moving arm is avoided; when the moving arm ascends, the balance weight oil cylinder retracts, and the lower portion of the balance weight rotates around the upper portion of the balance weight oil cylinder to swing forwards, so that changing of the barycenter of the excavator caused by ascending and descending of the moving arm can be adjusted to maintain the barycenter of the excavator relatively stable.
