The scoliosis correction brace comprises a brace body, gasket frameworks and replaceable distributed gasket blocks, wehrein the brace body is in the shape absolutely conforming to the deformed spine curve of a patient and the biomechanical characteristics of the deformed spine; a space convenient for long-term fitting wearing of the patient is formed in the brace body; the gasket frameworks include square frameworks at the correction parts and a strip-shaped framework at the waist of the patient, a positioning block with external threads at the outer end is arranged at the back of each gasket framework, and the positioning blocks penetrate square holes formed in the brace body to be in threaded connection with screw caps and are used for fixing the gasket frameworks onto the brace body; and each replaceable distributed gasket block adopts a vacuum negative-pressure structure wrapped by a foamed particle filler material. The scoliosis correction brace is novel in structure and simple to operate; the foamed particle filler gasket blocks arranged in a distributed manner facilitate local blood circulation, discomforts such as skin ulcer, caused by sustained compression, are avoided while the correction effect is guaranteed.
