Embodiment Construction

[0055] figure 1 From DE 10 2006 061 290 A1, which schematically shows a prior art two-for-one twister workstation 12 in side view, which can be extended to a workstation according to the invention by receiving a corresponding waxing device. More precisely, it can be seen that two working units are formed mirror-symmetrically to one another, which form one of a plurality of adjacently arranged workstations back-to-back in a two-for-one twister. The term workstation 12 hereinafter describes one of these work units.

[0056] In the station 12 the thread 2 starts from the spindle 1 , monitored by the thread stop bar 3 , and runs via the looping roller 4 to the overfeed roller 5 . At overfeed roll 5, the line tension is reduced to an acceptable amount for winding. The wire 2 now runs into a wire traversing guide 6 which displaces the wire 2 laterally to the winding bobbin 7 to be wound (here specifically the cross winding bobbin 7 ). The cross-wound bobbins 7 are here driven by ...

Abstract

The present invention relates to a workstation (12) of a textile machine with a paraffinization device (20) for a cable (2). The paraffinization device (20) comprises a wax body (22) and a receiving core shaft (21). In order to paraffinize the cable (2), the wax body is guided from the sides of lower part or the upper part of the receiving core shaft (21). The workstation (12), in view of the moving direction of the cable, is provided with guiding components (5, 25) arranged at the upper stream of the paraffinizaiton device (25). A cable horizontal device (6) is provided at the back of the paraffinization device. In terms of the cable horizontal central plane, the receiving core shaft and the cable are in bias arrangement, or rather, the upper stream guiding components are in bias arrangement with regard to the cable and the receiving core shaft.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a workstation of a textile machine with a waxing device and a textile machine with the workstation. Background technique [0002] Waxing devices are used to apply paraffin wax to the yarn to smooth and lubricate the yarn during yarn production and during further processing. On the one hand, this results in the yarn being able to run through subsequent processes with less friction and thus generate less heat. On the other hand, this also leads to a more uniform fabric appearance in finished textiles, for example a more refined surface structure in knitwear. [0003] In this context, the term paraffin also includes any form of suitable lubricant, in other words also mixtures of paraffin with waxes and waxes, yarns or threads of yarn used as a general term for natural as well as synthetic textile materials , that is to say including cotton and polyester. Textile machines for which waxing devices can be used are, for example, sp...
