Abstract

The invention provides an improved paper-insulated combined conductor structure which can be used for reducing the integral size of a coil while combining conductors into an integral conductor structure, increasing the mechanical strength of a conductor, realizing the electrical performance of the conductor better, prolonging the service life of the coil and guaranteeing normal operation of a power supply network. The improved paper-insulated composite conductor structure comprises a plurality of conductor bodies, wherein pieces of first insulating paper are respectively wrapped outside the conductor bodies, the conductor bodies which are wrapped with the first insulating paper are connected in a superposed mode, and a piece of second insulating paper is wrapped outside the conductor bodies which are connected in the superposed mode, thereby forming the integral composite conductor structure. The improved paper-insulated combined conductor structure is characterized in that a plurality of layers of first insulating paper are wrapped outside the conductor bodies respectively, and a self-adhesive layer is arranged at the outer side of the outermost layer of the insulating paper among the first insulating paper respectively, thereby forming a self-adhesive layer structure of the outermost layer of insulating paper.
