Embodiment 1
[0045] Embodiment 1: (according to the present invention)
[0046] One-component hot-melt adhesives were formulated using the following basic composition (data in percent by weight):
[0047] 21.18% Dynacoll 7130
[0048] 12.70% PET polyol, OH value: 65, viscosity at 70°C: 3350mPa*s (PETOPUROL 70, PETOPURGmbH Schwarzheide)
[0053] The polyester polyol was first placed in a glass flask and melted at 130°C. Then, a vacuum of <50 mbar was applied and the mixture was dried with stirring for 1.5 hours. The vacuum was stopped with nitrogen and Desmodur 44M was added. Vacuum was applied and the temperature was maintained at 123°C-130°C. The reaction time was 45 minutes.
[0074] 30.45% PET polyol, OH value: 65, viscosity at 70°C: 3350mPa*s (PETOPUROL 70, PETOPURGmbH Schwarzheide)
[0075] 0.20% DMDEE
[0076] The isocyanate was placed in a glass flask with stirring and heated to 70°C. Then, polyhydric alcohol was added, and it was made to react at 70 degreeC for 30 minutes. Then, DMDEE was added and homogenization was performed for 10 minutes.
[0078] After 4 weeks at 40°C: 52,300mPa*s (measured at 20°C)
[0079] Viscosity increase: 16%

Abstract
The present invention describes solvent-free moisture-curing polyurethane compositions containing 99.9% to 75% by weight of at least one polyurethaneprepolymer having free isocyanate groups by making at least one A polyol selected from polyether polyols and polyester polyols is prepared by reacting a stoichiometric excess of at least one polyisocyanate, the at least one polyol being recycled polyethylene terephthalate polyol. In addition, this composition contains 0.1% to 25% by weight of at least one additive selected from the group consisting of catalysts, resins, plasticizers, fillers, pigments, stabilizers, adhesion promoters and other polymers. The sum of the above components is 100% by weight. These compositions can be used as one-component adhesives, reactive hotmelt adhesives, coating materials or sealants.
Description
technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a crosslinked, solvent-free, moisture-curing polyurethane composition based on a polyurethane prepolymer having free isocyanate groups obtained by making at least one selected from the group consisting of polyether polyols, Polyester polyols and polyols of their mixtures are prepared by reacting a stoichiometric excess of at least one polyisocyanate, the invention also relates to the use of said polyurethane composition in one-component adhesives, reactive hot-melt adhesives, coatings Use in materials or sealants. Background technique [0002] Solvent-free moisture-curing polyurethane compositions of the above-mentioned type and their use are well known. Typically, these polyurethane compositions are synthesized using polyols based on petrochemical feedstocks. [0003] Since the supply of fossil and petrochemical raw materials is limited, it is desirable to conserve these resources by replacing at least a portion of t...
