Abstract

The invention discloses a water-based ink wastewater treatment method which comprises the following steps: (1) adding acid for acid eduction: adding acid to the water-based ink wastewater to adjust pH value to be 4-5; (2) coagulating sedimentation: adding ferric trichloride and polyacrylamide to the wastewater treated in the step (1), stirring, and leaving the mixture to stand to separate solid and liquid so as to remove sedimentary floc; (3) adding alkali for neutralization: adding alkali to supernatant obtained after solid-liquid separation in the step (2) to adjust pH value to be 7-7.5; (4) performing aerobic biological treatment; (5) discharging after wastewater treatment. According to the invention, the acid eduction coagulating sedimentation-biodegradation combined technology is adopted to treat water-based ink wastewater, the selected flocculant is wide in application range and can rapidly form floc and settles the floc. The COD removal rate of the treated water-based ink wastewater can reach 95% or above, the removal rates of suspended solids, total phosphorus, oils, benzene and total copper are all greater than 90%, and the effluent chromaticity is low and can meet corresponding emission standard; the method is suitable for treatment of various water-based ink wastewater and can be popularized and applied in a large scale.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention involves the field of wastewater treatment technology. Specifically, it is a method of treatment of water -based ink wastewater. Background technique [0002] Water -based ink is a kind of ink prepared by the combination of water -soluble polymer resin, color, solvents and related auxiliary agents.Printing.Water -based ink wastewater is mainly derived from the equipment in the printing process.Due to the complexity of the chemical composition of water -based ink wastewater, it has the characteristics of high chemical oxygen demand (COD), high color, and difficulty degradation. Once it enters the water body, it will cause serious pollution to the water environment. Then due to the variety of water -based inks, the nature of the raw material, and the production process, the water quality of the wastewater is large, which makes it more difficult to handle and the cost of wastewater treatment is higher. [0003] At present, the main application of ...
