Problems solved by technology

[0003] In the operation process of container transportation in railway transportation, information management is usually carried out manually. All container numbers are recorded by manual transcription. Every time a container passes through a station, manual transcription is required. The workload is heavy, the error rate is high, and information transmission is difficult. Not in time, resulting in low efficiency and reduced accuracy of container transportation, which greatly affects the efficiency and accuracy of railway container transportation

Abstract

The invention discloses a container management system based on RFID, and the system comprises an electronic door seal which is disposed at a place of a door of a container; a fixed reader-writer which is used for reading and writing of the electronic door seal; a hand-held machine which is used for the reading and writing of the electronic door seal; a communication device which comprises a single-chip microcomputer and a wireless communication module and is used for the wireless communication with the fixed reader-writer and the hand-held machine; and a display monitoring device which is used for the communication with the communication device. The electronic door seal comprises RFID tags which store identification information corresponding to the container. The RFID tags are disposed at positions, which are convenient for the reading of the fixed reader-writer and the hand-held machine, on the electronic door seal. Each RFID tag contains a unique ID code and the information loaded in a corresponding container. According to the invention, the RFID tags are disposed in the electronic door seal, thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of the system. The system is simple in structure and is high in accuracy.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to container management, and more particularly, the present invention relates to an RFID-based container management system. Background technique [0002] Container refers to a large-scale loading container with certain strength, rigidity and specifications specially used for turnover. Using containers to transship goods can be directly loaded in the consignor's warehouse and unloaded in the consignee's warehouse. When changing vehicles or ships midway, there is no need to take out the goods from the box for repacking. Because of its good airtightness, low transportation cost, and strong environmental adaptability, container transportation has irreplaceable advantages and characteristics of other transportation methods, and its development prospects are extremely broad. Container transport is widely used especially in rail transport. [0003] In the operation process of container transportation in railway transportation, ...
