Problems solved by technology

The device can accurately measure the depth information of the object, but on the one hand, the relative position of the laser and the image acquisition device needs to be calibrated by collecting reference planes multiple times, and since the laser is a consumable device, once the laser is damaged and replaced, it needs to be replaced. Re-calibrate the relative position of the laser and the image acquisition device, increasing equipment maintenance costs

Abstract

The invention discloses a depth data detecting device. An infrared coding projection system projects an infrared light beam provided with texture in order to form randomly-distributed infrared texture on an object to be detected. Two infrared image sensors generate images to form two infrared texture images. On the basis of a positional difference of texture fragment images correspondingly formed in the two infrared texture images by the same texture fragment in the infrared texture, the depth data, relative to the two infrared image sensors, of the infrared texture is determined. The infrared coding projection system comprises at least two infrared light generators, an optical system, and a controller. The at least two infrared light generators are used for generating infrared light. The infrared light generated by the infrared light generators forms an infrared light beam provided with texture after passing the optical system. The controller is used for controlling and switching the at least two infrared light generators in order that the at least two infrared light generators generate infrared light alternately. The infrared light generators operate alternately so that the service lives of the infrared light generators are prolonged.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of three-dimensional detection, in particular to a depth data detection device. Background technique [0002] Three-dimensional information can also be called depth information or depth of field information. The traditional image capture method can only obtain the two-dimensional information of the object, but cannot obtain the spatial depth information of the object. However, in fact, the spatial depth information of the object surface, especially the real-time acquisition of depth information, is very important in various industrial, daily life and entertainment applications. It plays a vital role. [0003] At present, the existing depth information measurement devices are mainly three-dimensional measurement devices based on structured light detection. To put it simply, a two-dimensional laser texture pattern with coded information is first transmitted to the surface of the object, such as a discretized speckle p...
