Embodiment 1

[0021] Embodiment one: the planting and processing method of the present embodiment Poria cocos, comprises the following steps:

[0022] 1) Select and cultivate cultivation land

[0023] Select sandy soil slopes facing east, south, west, and with a temperature of 10-25° as the cultivation site, set up drainage facilities for the cultivation site, control the soil moisture content at 22% of the water content, and adjust the soil pH value at 5;

[0024] 2), vaccination

[0025] Use 10kg of pine wood sections to inoculate, put 1 strain in each section of pine wood, and inoculate in spring and autumn;

[0026] 3) Field management

[0027] After inoculation, check the bacteria in each section, fill in the gaps in time, eliminate termites and miscellaneous bacteria, and pay attention to soil drainage;

[0028] 4) Harvesting and processing

[0029] Poria cocos matures 8 to 10 months after inoculation. Pile the harvested poria cocos in a sheltered place indoors, cover them with st...

Abstract

The invention discloses a planting and processing method for poria cocos. The planting and processing method comprises following steps of: 1) selecting and tilling cultivated land; 2), performing inoculating operation in a way that pine sections are utilized for inoculation and one strain is placed into each section of pines; 3), performing field management; 4), performing harvest processing operation by stacking harvested poria cocos to the lee indoors after poria cocos get ripe, utilizing straw to completely cover poria cocos till poria cocos sweat for 5 to 6 days, stacking again after evaporation of water, reutilizing straw to completely cover for the time of 5 to 6 days, peeling poria cocos, cook thoroughly poria cocos with water to expose interiors thereof, and placing and drying poria cocos under the sun. The planting and processing method for poria cocos has following beneficial effects: the cultivated land, as a sandy sloping field, has acid soil especially suitable for growth of poria cocos; pine sections are selected to provide nutrition for growth of strains; size and weight of pine sections are rigorously controlled so as to provide sufficient moisture for growth of poria cocos, thereby ensuring that poria cocos are great in individual weight and high in overall yield; and finished product quality of harvested poria cocos is high after fabrication processing such as sweating, drying, cooking.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a technique for planting and processing medicinal materials, in particular to a method for planting and processing poria cocos. Background technique [0002] Poria cocos is the dry sclerotia of Polyporaceae fungus Poria cocos (Schw.) Wolf, also known as Yunling and Song Fuling. Poria cocos is a facultative parasite, which grows wild in the dry and sunny slopes of mountainous areas at an altitude of 600-1000m in the rhizosphere of species such as Masson pine, Huangshan pine, red pine, Yunnan pine, and black pine, and occasionally in the roots of other conifers and broad-leaved trees. Sandy soil is suitable, spores germinate at 22-28°C, mycelia grow at 18-35°C, grow rapidly at 25-30°C, fruiting bodies differentiate and grow at 18-26°C and can produce spores. [0003] The medicinal part of Poria cocos is dry sclerotium. The earliest literature records come from "Shen Nong's Materia Medica", commonly known as Yunling, Songling, a...
