Abstract

The invention discloses a bactericidal composition and its application and belongs to the field of pesticides. Active ingredients of the bactericidal composition are N-(5-methyl-1,3-thiazole-2-yl)-4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-formamide (A) and an amide fungicide (B). Weight ratio of (A) to (B) is 1:30-40:1, preferably 1:15-20:1, and more preferably 1:7-10:1. Dimethomorph, boscalid, thifluzamide, furametpyr, metalaxyl and the like can be selected as the amide fungicide (B). Adjuvant ingredients which are allowed to be used in other pesticides can be added into the composition to obtain any dosage form. Effects of the bactericidal composition are obviously higher than effects of the single ingredients (A) and (B). The bactericidal composition has obvious synergism and application amount of each single ingredient is effectively reduced. The bactericidal composition has good effects of broadening bacteriocidal spectrum and delaying plant resistance to drugs and can effectively control tobacco virus diseases, black shank, tomato early blight, late blight, cucumber downy mildew, pepper phytophthora blight, Rhizoctonia solani and the like.
