Embodiment Construction

[0019] The exemplary embodiments will be described in detail here, and examples thereof are shown in the accompanying drawings. When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, unless otherwise indicated, the same numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements.

[0020] Such as Figure 1 to Figure 4 As shown, the emergency exit energy gathering cutting method provided by the present invention includes the following steps:

[0021] Step 1. The pre-cut emergency exit shape is defined on the fuselage skin 3 by the predetermined arrangement line of the cutting cable. The fuselage skin 3 is provided with a long stringer 4 (here the stringer 4 can also be a frame). Among them, the shape of the pre-cut emergency exit is usually rectangular.

[0022] Step 2: Divide the predetermined arrangement line of the cutting cable into a plurality of first cutting sections and a plurality of second cutting sections. Among them, the first cutting section is th...

Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of lifesaving of aviation, in particular to a cumulative cutting method for an escape hatch to solve the problem of difficulty in arrangement of a cumulative cutting rope. The cumulative cutting method for the escape hatch comprises steps as follows: the shape of the pre-cut escape hatch is marked out; a predetermined arrangement line of a cutting rope is divided into multiple first cutting sections and multiple second cutting sections; the cumulative cutting rope is sectioned into multiple first cumulative cutting ropes and multiple second cumulative cutting ropes which correspond to each other, and a cumulative cutting rope protecting jacket is further arranged at each second cumulative cutting rope; the multiple first cumulative cutting ropes and the multiple second cumulative cutting ropes are arranged on the multiple first cutting sections and the multiple second cutting sections respectively for cumulative cutting. By means of the cumulative cutting method for the escape hatch, the cumulative cutting rope can be more conveniently arranged and mounted, the mounting manufacturability of the escape hatch on an airplane is improved, and besides, the condition that the reliability of a product is affected by repeated bending of one cumulative cutting rope is also avoided.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of aviation lifesaving, in particular to an emergency exit energy gathering cutting method. Background technique [0002] At present, the energy-converging cutting technology is used to form the emergency exit of the aircraft, but it has not been used in the existing models. In the pre-research project, the formation of the emergency exit of the aircraft by the energy-converging cutting technology has been studied and verified by the principle experiment. Due to the special long truss-frame-skin structure of the aircraft fuselage, and the cutting of an emergency exit needs to span several long trusses or frames, a condensed cutting cable is arranged on the fuselage structure, which is very long in length and requires many passes. The second bend brings great difficulties to the arrangement of the energy-concentrating cutting cable, and it is not easy to implement on the plane. Summary of the invention [0003] Th...
