Abstract

An automatic sock turning-over machine belongs to the sock turning-over machine technology field. The automatic sock turning-over machine is formed by a feeding device, a sock sleeving apparatus and a sock turning-over apparatus, wherein the feeding device, the sock sleeving apparatus and the sock turning-over apparatus are arranged on a rack of the automatic sock turning-over machine. An overall length of a large synchronous belt and an overall length of a small synchronous belt on the sock sleeving apparatus form a multiple relation. A tail of a small synchronous belt wheel is contacted with a center portion of a belt of the large synchronous belt. A front end opens a certain field angle. Socks are entered into through a sock pasting hook on a large belt from a tail of the large synchronous belt so that the socks are guaranteed to be continuously sent into the sock turning-over apparatus. The sock turning-over apparatus is provided with two sock conveyer belts. After a sock sleeving process is realized, a push rod is used to push one part of a sock head sleeve between a slit of the two sock conveyer belts. Under a friction effect of the sock conveyer belts and the socks, tails of the socks are turned into a casing pipe and then sock ports are entered into the casing pipe under a tail driving effect so that the socks are overturned. The structure is simple, continuity is good, and economic benefits are increased because of a mechanization operation.
