The invention discloses an LED lamp strip capable of changing colors under different types of noise based on a solar cell panel. The LED lamp strip sequentially comprises a flexible transparent panel, a flexible electroluminescent light source layer and a flexible electroluminescent backlight glue layer in a laminated mode. The flexible electroluminescent light source layer is further electrically connected with electric power storage circuit boards which are used for supplying power to LED lamp beads. The electric power storage circuit boards are electrically connected with the flexible solar cell panel and ITO conducting films. The solar cell panel generates currents and stores electric power in storage batteries on the electric power storage circuit boards. The electric power storage circuit boards control the currents to flow to the LED lamp beads along the ITO conducting films, so that the LED lamp beads give out light. Each electric power storage circuit board corresponds to one ITO conducting film. Voice-operated switches are arranged between the electric power storage circuit boards and the different ITO conducting films. The voice-operated switches comprise the first voice-operated switch and the second voice-operated switch.
