The invention provides a device and a method for
data transmission during underground integrated communication, and belongs to the field of
petrochemical industry. According to the invention, triggering and
information transmission of a PLC (
Programmable Logic Controller) are achieved by using an RFID (
Radio Frequency Identification Device) technology. An RFID reader / writer is embedded under an
oil well; and double-way control and data communication between the RFID reader / writer and a valve control PLC are achieved; when the PLC is required to execute an action, an RFID passive electronic
label containing an
operating instruction is put from a
wellhead; and when the RFID passive electronic
label passes through the RFID reader / writer, the RFID reader / writer is used for reading the
operating instruction and transmitting the
operating instruction to the PLC to execute corresponding operation, so as to operate an underground intelligent water
distributor. Through the adoption of the
data transmission device and method provided by the invention, cable investment can be greatly saved, the reliability is greatly enhanced and long-time continuous working is guaranteed because an energy saving mode is obtained; according to the invention, false actions can be avoided through the adoption of multiple safety measures; according to the invention, through customizing and packaging, the used electronic
label can be used for bearing severe underground working environments; and according to the invention, history data local storage and post analysis functions are supported; and according to the invention, the accuracy and reliability are enhanced when the labor cost is reduced.
