A configuration management server sends a monitoring task to each monitoring node server; the monitoring node server monitors a corresponding content delivery network (CDN) node according to the monitoring task, acquires a monitoring result and sends the monitoring result to the configuration management server; each CDN node is monitored by at least two monitoring node servers; and the configuration management server receives monitoring results returned by all the monitoring node servers, analyzes the monitoring results and generates warning information so as to be displayed. The monitoring node servers are in cloud service distributed deployment, and at least two monitoring node servers monitor the same CDN node, namely, one CDN node is covered by at least two monitoring nodes, so that the monitoring quality and monitoring comprehensiveness of the CDN node can be guaranteed, and the monitoring reliability is improved.
