signal processing module, for receiving analog induction signals and outputting digital sensing signals; a
wireless transmission module, connected with the
signal processing module, for transmitting outside in a
wireless mode; a central control module, for receiving the digital sensing signals and determining to output control signals when the digital sensing signals represent the occurrence of dangerous articles and heterogeneous; a short message alarm module, connected to the central control module, transmitting alarming short messages to
mobile phone of appointed users in a short message mode; a audible alarm module, connected to the central control module, for receiving the control signals transmitted from the central control module through a CDMA
wireless network; a GPS locating module, installed on vehicles transporting dangerous articles, for reporting the accuracy position of vehicles toward control center in real time. The invention also provides a monitoring method, which effectively reduces work intensity of staff, improves reliability of vehicle mounted dangerous articles
carriage, and can reduce false dismissal rate and
false alarm rate.
