Abstract

The invention discloses an external wound surface model and a using method thereof. The external wound surface model comprises an exudate storing bottle, a pump, a reactor and a waste liquid bottle, wherein the pump is used for conveying wound surface model exudate to the reactor; the reactor is used for conducting antibacterial activity evaluation test; the inlet of the pump and the exudate storing bottle are communicated through an exudate conveying pipeline; the outlet of the pump is communicated with separated chambers of the reactor through pump pipes respectively in a one-one correspondence manner; discharge holes in the reactor are communicated with the waste liquid bottle through a waste liquid discharge pipeline. The using method comprises the steps of assembling the reactor, combining a bacterium-loaded filtration film and sample pieces, conducting action on inoculated microbes by the sample pieces, and presenting the results. Fresh nutrients can be continuously supplied to the microbes, so that the actual growth condition of the clinical wound surface microbes can be simulated, a test platform is provided for antibacterial activity evaluation of antibacterial dressing, and scientific evaluation results can be obtained.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an in vitro wound surface model and a using method thereof, which are suitable for evaluating the antibacterial activity of wound dressings containing antibacterial components. Background technique [0002] Wound is an ideal environment for the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, which provides a growth surface and sufficient nutrient supply for microorganisms. Clinically, wound infection control has always been the main content of hospital infection control. The antibacterial ingredients in antibacterial wound dressings have the function of contact sterilization or inhibition of microbial reproduction, which can significantly reduce the chance of clinical wound infection, so as to achieve safe and effective treatment. At present, antibacterial wound dressings have been widely used clinically, and their performance in wound infection control, especially chronic wound infection control, has also been widely recognized. ...
