The intelligent ball comprises a ball body and a micro-control unit, an inertial sensing device, a clock device, a wireless charging receiving device, a storage device, a battery device and a wireless communication device which are all arranged in the ball body. The inertial sensing device is connected with the micro-control unit and used for detecting data related to movement of the ball body; the clock device is connected with the micro-control unit and used for providing a clock signal; the wireless charging receiving device is connected with the battery device and used for wireless charging of the battery device; the storage device is connected with the micro-control unit and used for temporarily storing data related to the movement of the ball body; the battery device is connected with each device and used for providing power supply; and the micro-control unit is connected with the wireless communication device and used for combining the movement-related data with the clock signal and storing and sending the combined movement-related data and clock signal. The intelligent ball in the invention has the advantages of high accuracy of acquired movement-related data, good stability and low power dissipation and provides data bases for improvement of special ability of athletes.
