Abstract

The invention relates to a method for detecting wind noise based on a microphone array. The method includes pretreating, including enframing and de-meaning, the sound signals acquired by the microphone array, calculating the time delay value of each channel through time-delay estimation algorithm, determining whether the time delay value exceeds a set threshold, and if yes, determining that the sound signals are wind noise, otherwise determining that the sound signals are other sound signals. The wind noise is detected based on principle transmission speed difference of wind noise and target sound signals in air and according to the time-delay parameters of channels of the microphone array. The method is simple and is low in computational complexity. The detection precision and power consumption are balanced, and the wind noise level is robust and highly adaptive to environment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for detecting wind noise based on a microphone array, in particular to a method for detecting the presence or absence of wind noise by using the delay value between microphone arrays as a parameter. The invention belongs to the technical field of wind noise detection. Background technique [0002] Wind noise refers to the noise generated by the wind acting on the microstructure of the acoustic sensor, which is superimposed on the target signal and produces noise that damages the microphone signal. Wind noise is the most common and most difficult noise to deal with when microphones are used in outdoor scenes, and it has intermittent and non-stationary characteristics. [0003] For example, in hearing aids, wind noise detection is a necessary prerequisite for using the wind noise reduction algorithm. Unreasonable use of the wind noise reduction algorithm will deteriorate the signal, resulting in the destruction of the s...
