Abstract

The invention relates to a WiFi signal test method and system. The method comprises setting a plurality of different-class test software, which comprises reference test software, positive deviation software and a negative deviation software, in advance; connecting a wireless network card with a to-be-tested WiFi product through the test software; controlling, through the test software, the to-be-tested WiFi product to send power to the wireless network card to perform a sending performance test, and controlling the to-be-tested WiFi product to receive the power sent by the wireless network card to perform a receiving performance test; and, when a deviation between a power value sent by the to-be-tested WiFi product and a power value received by the wireless network card is within a predetermined first threshold, and when a deviation between a power value received by the to-be-tested WiFi product and a power value sent by the wireless network card is within the predetermined first threshold, the to-be-tested WiFi product is qualified, otherwise the to-be-tested WiFi product is not qualified. The WiFi signal test method and system do not need to use an expensive WiFi signal test instrument to perform the test, the expense of testing is reduced, and cost is saved.
