Abstract

In the method, a piezoelectric phase shifter generates four-step phase shifting; a camera synchronously acquires multiple speckle interference images; loaded interference images are subjected to special partition processing; and four-step phase shifting and mean filtering computation are performed by using a parallel computing method such that phase diagrams of the interference fringes are solved. The phase diagrams include the phase information of a tested object at a current time and can be demodulated through phases. The method improves four-step phase shifting and mean filtering computation efficiency by means of the parallel computing method so as to increase the phase image display speed by 3 to 4 times compared with a conventional phase-shifting method, thereby really achieving real-time phase shifting.
