Abstract

The lens support device comprises a pedestal; a first support member arranged on the pedestal, and capable of moving in a first direction; and a second support member arranged on the first support member, and capable of moving opposite to the first support member in a second direction, wherein the second direction is different from the first direction. When the second support member moves in the first direction, the second support member drives the first support member to move opposite to the pedestal in the first direction. Accordingly, the common difference of a projection lens support adjusting mechanism can be reduced, and the common difference accumulation formed by directly setting a single support adjusting mechanism and a driving mechanism on the pedestal can be avoided.
