Abstract

The invention discloses an environment-controllable scratch test on-site testing device and a control method thereof. The testing device comprises a two-dimensional force sensor, an acoustic emission sensor, a scratch head driver, an environment parameter regulation module, a driver control module, a variable-power microscope and a control module. The scratch head driver is used for driving a scratch head to move at a certain speed and linearly increase the initial load, and therefore scratches are generated on the surface of an object to be tested. The environment parameter regulation module is used for regulating environment parameters of the environment where the object to be tested is located. The driver control module controls the scratch head to horizontally move under certain temperature and humidity according to the load fed back by the two-dimensional force sensor. The variable-power microscope is used for detecting morphology of the scratches. The control module is used for obtaining the binding force under certain temperature and humidity so as to obtain the morphology when the object to be tested cracks. By means of the testing device, the critical load can be effectively judged, accuracy of scratch tests is improved, and measurement of the scratch tests under the given environment can be accurately achieved.
