The present application provides a method and a system for the batch deployment of customized systems. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a request command for batch deployment, wherein the request command for batch deployment comprises file identifiers to be subjected to batch deployment; utilizing a file configuration template machine corresponding to the file identifiers to be subjected to batch deployment; imaging files, corresponding to the file identifiers to be subjected to batch deployment, on the template machine to a server; starting a target host to perform the deployment; and issuing image files corresponding to the file identifiers to be subjected to batch deployment, on the server to the target host, and controlling the configuration of the target host through the image files. According to the application, the files to be subjected to batch deployment are configured on one template machine first, and then the configuration of the template machine is issued into the host having the same demand in an imaging manner, thereby completely realizing the batch deployment, releasing the operation and maintenance personnel from the time and labor-consuming deployment, greatly reducing the working efficiency of staff, and saving time.
