At least one 3D fictional threat image is inserted in 3D test images of the to-be-tested objects, and the 3D test images are obtained from the test data. Selection of at least one area in the 3D test images including the 3D fictional threat image or at least one area in 2D test images including a 2D fictional threat image corresponding to the 3D fictional threat image is received, and the 2D test images are obtained from the 3D test images or are obtained from the test data. The selection is responded to give a feedback related to at least one 3D fictional threat image included in the 3D test images. By using the scheme, a suspected object in the CT images is conveniently rapidly marked by a user and the feedback whether the fictional threat image is included is given.
