Abstract

The invention discloses an electromagnetic parameter optimization design-based scaled composite material preparation method, which comprises the following steps: (1) calculating a reflection coefficient of an original material; (2) carrying out electromagnetic parameter tests on mixed materials, namely carrying out electromagnetic parameter tests on the mixed materials at different proportions according to the scale requirements; (3) establishing an electromagnetic parameter library of the mixed materials at different proportions, namely, combining electromagnetic parameter test results with an effective medium theory and carrying out correction to obtain the electromagnetic parameter library; and (4) optimizing the electromagnetic parameter, namely carrying out optimization on the mixed materials according to the reflection coefficient of the original band material, and obtaining a proportion scheme of the scaled composite material through the electromagnetic parameter library. According to the electromagnetic parameter optimization design-based scaled composite material preparation method disclosed by the invention, the mixed materials which meet the scale relationship and are realizable in engineering are obtained through an electromagnetic parameter optimization design; the accuracy requirement of the scale test is met; and the electromagnetic parameter optimization design-based scaled composite material preparation method is an effective composite material electromagnetic scale test scheme.
