Problems solved by technology

[0002] With the improvement of people's living standards, more and more waste and used clothes cannot be effectively and reasonably disposed of. Although some of them can be donated to poor mountainous areas, a large part cannot be disposed of as textile waste. Waste also makes recycling difficult. Nearly 30 million tons of waste clothes are produced every year. Therefore, it is necessary to design and develop a process for using waste clothes for industrial production, so as to realize waste recycling and realize its maximum value.

Embodiment 1

[0025] A method for making felt pads from waste clothes, comprising:

[0026] The dried waste clothes are pretreated, disinfected, crushed first, and treated with foreign matter in order to obtain primary fibers;

[0027] The primary fibers are crushed, carded, cut and mixed in sequence to obtain the final short fibers;

[0028] The final short fiber layer is laid, the thickness of each layer of the final short fiber layer is 0.7mm, and a PET monofilament net is also laid between every two final short fiber layers to obtain a fiber web;

[0029] Use a needle punching machine to puncture the fiber web, and then perform hot pressing for 8 minutes at a temperature of 83°C and a pressure of 0.8Mpa to obtain a semi-finished felt pad;

[0030] A stitch-bonding machine is used to stitch-bond the semi-finished felt pad, and form grid-shaped stitch-bonding lines on the semi-finished felt pad to obtain a felt pad.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for manufacturing a felt pad by using waste clothes. The method comprises the following steps: sequentially carrying out pre-treatment, disinfection, first path of crushing and foreign matter treatment on the dry waste clothes to obtain primary fibers; sequentially carrying out second path of crushing, carding, cutting-off and mixing on the primary fibers to obtain final staple fibers; spreading final staple fiber layers, wherein the thickness of each final staple fiber layer is 0.7mm-1.1mm; spreading a PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) monofilament net between each two layers of the final staple fiber layers to produce a fiber net; puncturing the fiber net by using a needling machine and hotly pressing for 8-15 minutes under the conditions that the temperature is 83-91 DEG C and the pressure is 0.8Mpa-1.3Mpa, so as to produce a felt pad semi-finished product; and carrying out stitch bonding treatment on the felt pad semi-finished product by using a stitch-bonding machine, and forming a grid-shaped stitch-bonding line on the felt pad semi-finished product to prepare the felt pad. The felt pad is produced through the waste clothes; and the method is simple and has low cost, and the reutilization of the waste clothes is realized.
