The method avoids water turbidity caused by agitation of excessive bottom agitating and water agitating fish and difficult sedimentation, low water transparency, insufficient illumination needed by plants, and plant growth inhibition or even death, and kills harmful pathogens and larvae able to cause illness of submerged plants and fish in wate and sediment. The method provided by the invention has stable and lasting effects, assists construction of a submerged plant system, improves lake's recovery of self-adjustment ability, and beautifies the environment.
