Abstract

The present invention provides a method and device for management of contact persons. The method for management of contact persons comprises: obtaining contact information of the contact persons in an address book, the contact information consisting of checking conditions of social contact information of the contact persons; determining the contact persons whose contact information satisfies a preset condition to be contact persons to be deleted; and displaying determined contact persons to be deleted. According to the embodiment of the invention, the contact information includes the checking conditions of the social contact information of the contact persons, therefore a terminal device is capable of providing the contact persons to be deleted according to the checking conditions of the social contact information of the contact persons so that users may easily manage the contact persons in the address book on the basis of the checking conditions of the social contact information of the contact persons.
