Abstract

The invention provides a shipborne bulk material loading and unloading device. The shipborne bulk material loading and unloading device comprises a ship loading device for loading bulk materials on vehicles into a cabin, a collecting device arranged in the cabin, a lifting device arranged on one side of a ship board, a conveying device connected with the lifting device through a rubber hose and an unloading device for loading materials conveyed by the convey device onto vehicles. The collecting device comprises a transmission mechanism and a plurality of scraper blades arranged on the transmission mechanism, the transmission mechanism is formed by steel ropes or chains and a plurality of pulleys, and the steel ropes or the chains form a closed loop and can roll around the pulleys to run and drive the scraper blades to horizontally move. The lifting device is a bucket elevator. The conveying device is a spiral conveyer. The unloading device comprises a stretchable hose connected between the conveying device and a loading opening for vehicles and a plurality of dust removers arranged on other loading openings for vehicles. By means of the shipborne bulk material loading and unloading device, bulk materials can be loaded onto vehicles without occupying additional space of a wharf.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a loading and unloading equipment, in particular to a loading and unloading equipment for ship-borne bulk materials. Background technique [0002] Bulk materials such as cement are used as the leading materials for infrastructure construction, with an annual domestic output of more than 2 billion tons, and hundreds of millions of tons per year through water transshipment. However, since bulk materials such as cement are usually high-pollution bulk cargoes that are not easy to store at the wharf, there are many problems in the sea loading and unloading process that need to be improved. Contents of the invention [0003] The invention proposes a loading and unloading device for bulk materials carried by ships, which solves various problems caused in the loading and unloading process of bulk materials such as cement in the prior art. [0004] Technical scheme of the present invention is realized like this: [0005] A ship-born...
