Abstract

The invention provides a capacity-varying scroll compressor which includes: a compression chamber, a gas suction chamber, and a static scroll plate and a moving scroll plate which are matched to each other. A capacity-varying hole and a leakage channel are disposed on the moving scroll plate and are communicated with each other, wherein the capacity-varying hole is communicated with the compression chamber and the leakage channel is communicated with the gas suction chamber. The leakage channel is provided with a capacity-varying mechanism which controls connection or break-off of the compression chamber and the gas suction chamber. By means of arrangement of the capacity-varying hole and the leakage channel in the moving scroll plate, because the moving scroll plate of the scroll compressor is often in a gas suction environment (namely a low-temperature and low-pressure environment), a phenomenon of overheat due to a leakage process of refrigerant under an partial capacity operation status of the compressor can be reduced and even avoided, so that the compressor is increased in suction volumetric efficiency under the status and further is improved in performances under the status. Meanwhile, axial height increase of the compressor due to the capacity-varying mechanism is avoided, so that the compressor is improved in structural compactness.
