The method comprises the following steps of: 1, a user applying to a security server for a file encryption service, and uploading files to the security server; 2, the security server assigning file ID numbers to the files, and then building indexes for the files to form an index file; 3, the security server encrypting keywords in the index file to form an encrypted index file; 4, the security server encrypting the files to form a ciphertext, adding the file ID numbers to the ciphertext to form a marked ciphertext file, corresponding the file ID numbers to data keys one by one to form a data key file, and encrypting the data key file to form an encrypted data key file; 5, uploading the encrypted data key file to a cloud storage server for storage, and transmitting the encrypted index file and the marked ciphertext file to the user; and 6, the user uploading the encrypted index file and the marked ciphertext file to the cloud storage server to perform storage.
