The rubber airbag plays a role in sealing and force transfer. The earth pressure cell is placed on steel plate sand and then slowly covered with sand to ensure that the sand has the same property as original earth, a lead is connected with an acquisition device via the line hole to plug the line hole and ensure air tightness, air pressure in the calibration tank is increased via an air compressor, the air pressure enables the rubber airbag to produce surface pressure on the sand, and then the air pressure acts on the earth pressure cell. The value of the pressure gauge is read, and the pressure on the sand is controlled by controlling the magnitude of the air pressure and transferred to the earth pressure cell.
