A master station communicates through an Ethernet and a power distribution terminal in the power distribution network, and achieves fault location and fault isolation of the power distribution network and power supply restoration of a non-fault region are achieved according to the generated network node topology analysis table and fault information and state information transmitted on the power distribution terminal. The method is simple and high in speed; flexible configuration can be carried out according to the actual demands of different sites while a software program does not need to change each time; and only a configuration table needs to change even if the network changes in future, so that the workload for software change is reduced.
