The saccharifying tank comprises a tank body, wherein a first motor and a second motor are arranged above the tank body; the first motor is connected to a first stirring shaft and the second motor is connected to a second stirring shaft; a first stirrer mounting hole and a second stirrer mounting hole are symmetrically formed in two sides of the axis of the tank body; the first stirring shaft penetrates through the first stirrer mounting hole and extends into the tank body; the second stirring shaft penetrates through the second stirrer mounting hole and extends into the tank body; a first stirring blade is arranged on the first stirring shaft; a second stirring blade is arranged on the second stirring shaft; and the first stirring blade is located on the inclined upper part of the second stirring blade. By virtue of the two stirring shafts, a torque difference is caused between the upper and lower parts of the interior of the tank body to eliminate vortex, so that cooked mash is uniformly stirred.
