Abstract

A positioning method for positions of a vibration mark defect of strip steel comprises the steps that (a) parameters are set initially, and the parameters comprise the length of the portions, between outlets of rolling mills and a drum type shear, of the strip belt, the pulse equivalent of a plate roller coder, and a vibration alarm reference value; (b) vibration signals of all the rolling mills, shearing signals, rolling reduction information of all the rolling mills, steel reel information, pulse signals of the plate roller coder are collected; (c) vibration energy values of all the rolling mills are calculated according to the vibration signals, the equivalent length of the strip steel between machine frames is calculated according to the rolling reduction information, and the number of accumulated pulses of the strip steel at the current moment is counted according to the pulse signals of the coder; (d) vibration alarm judgment is conducted; (e) the initial position and the end position of a vibration mark defect are recorded; and (f) vibration mark defect information is recorded and uploaded.
