By means of the technical scheme, WIFI scanning is started when the terminal is started; WIFI connection is automatically started after the first choice WIFI hotspot is identified; users can be accessed to the WIFI network without manually starting WIFI scanning or WIFI connection; therefore, manual operation of the users is reduced; and the user experience is greatly improved.
