Abstract

The sampler is arranged between a front reactor and a back reactor, and comprises a sample collection system, a pressure balancing system and an emergency blow-down system, wherein the sample collection system further comprises a collection tank, a discharging pipeline connected to the front reactor and a feeding pipeline connected to the back reactor; the collection tank is communicated with the front reactor and the back reactor through the discharging pipeline and the feeding pipeline respectively; a liquid material discharging pipeline is communicated onto the collection tank; the pressure balancing system is communicated to the sample collection system, and used for balancing pressures in the reactors or reducing a pressure in the sample collection system; the emergency blow-down system is communicated to the sample collection system, and used for emergency depressurization when pressure in the sampler exceeds the limit.
