The information interaction method comprises the steps: the playing mainframe transmits a notification message, which is pushed by the server and comprises a message identifier and message content, to the remote control apparatus through the first wireless module; the remote control apparatus receives the notification message and notifies a user through the second wireless module, and after a control button of the remote control apparatus is triggered, the remote control apparatus transmits a control command to the playing mainframe through the second wireless module; the playing mainframe receives the control command and obtains a matching processing manner through the first wireless module; the playing mainframe processes the control command according to the matching processing manner.
