The circuit controller comprises the components of a power supply module which supplies working voltage to a microprocessor control module and a driving module, a signal control module which sets the initial voltage signal to the microprocessor control module, the microprocessor control module, the driving module which drives a pump to operate, a flow detecting module which detects the water-outlet-end flow of the pump and outputs a frequency signal, a frequency transmitter module which converts the frequency signal that is output by the flow detecting module to a linear voltage signal, and a display module. The microprocessor control module comprises a first single-chip microcomputer and a second single-chip microprocessor. The first single-chip microprocessor processes the voltage signal and displays a flow value on the display module. The second single-chip microprocessor processes the voltage signal and outputs a corresponding PWM signal to the driving module. The display module comprises a first display device which displays a theoretical flow value and a second display device that displays an actual flow value. The variable spraying device with the circuit controller can adjust the spraying amount, thereby realizing precise-amount spraying, sufficiently utilizing medicament and protecting environment.
