The invention discloses a data transmission method for mobile near field payment executed in user equipment. The data transmission method comprises the steps of: establishing a first communication link based on near field communication with a POS terminal; establishing a secure channel with the POS terminal after the first communication link is established, so as to perform first interaction associated with a transaction request with the POS terminal through the secure channel; establishing a second communication link with the POS terminal, wherein the communication distance of the second communication link is longer and the transmission speed thereof is faster when compared with the first communication link, and the second communication link is set to carry out data transmission in an encrypted manner; and performing second interaction associated with a transaction response between the user equipment and the POS terminal via the second communication link. The invention further discloses the user equipment for mobile near field payment.
