Abstract

The invention relates to a regeneration connection method of a truncated remainder precast concrete pipe pile. The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking a section of truncated remainder concrete pipe pile as a first pile section, and enabling the first pile section to lie flat on the processing site; (2) taking a section of straight seam steel pipe which is not formed by welding yet as a connection steel coil, and enabling the connection steel coil to be sleeved at the outer side of the truncated end surface of the first pile section; (3) arranging a ring-shaped filling along the ring direction on the truncated end surface to be connected of the first pile section, wherein the longitudinal length of the filling is less than the radial thickness of the first pile section, and the ring-shaped external diameter of the filling is not larger than the external diameter of the first pile section; (4) taking another section of truncated remainder concrete pipe pile as a second pile section, and enabling the second pile section to lie flat on the processing site; enabling one end of the truncated surface to be connected of the second pile section to be sleeved in the connection steel coil to prop against the filling; (5) enabling the connection steel coil to be tightened and wrap the first pile section and the second pile section, then welding a straight welded joint on the steel coil, and enabling the steel coil to be processed into a steel pipe; finally, connecting the first pile section with the second pile section by the steel pipe and the filling to form a section of recycled concrete pipe pile.
