Abstract

The invention provides a decompression-preventing hydraulic control loop and a method thereof. The hydraulic control loop comprises, at least, an integrated hydraulic cylinder and an oil-way cutting-off hydraulic loop, wherein the integrated hydraulic cylinder comprises a hydraulic cylinder body and a hydraulic cylinder integrated valve block, the hydraulic cylinder integrated valve block is installed on the hydraulic cylinder and used for controlling start and stop of the hydraulic cylinder and locking of the hydraulic cylinder during system decompression, and the hydraulic cylinder integrated valve block is connected with the oil-way cutting-off hydraulic loop and used for controlling actions of the hydraulic cylinder and cutting off of an oil way of the hydraulic cylinder during system decompression. The invention further provides the method for achieving the decompression-preventing hydraulic control loop. The decompression-preventing hydraulic control loop has the advantages of being simple in structure, safe, reliable and quick in accident response, being unlimited in hydraulic cylinder installation direction and being of a load type and can be combined with external pressure monitoring to achieve predictive control of system accidents. In addition, when a control system is accidentally powered off, the hydraulic cylinder is in a safe locked state. The decompression-preventing hydraulic control loop is suitable for the occasion having the higher requirements for a hydraulic cylinder stop position state during system decompression.
